The waiting list for 2-bedroom units at Ashby Apartments opens on October 1, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information on Ashby Apartments under "Berkeley Scattered Sites." A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on October 15, 2025.
Paper applications will be available for pick up at the off-site location: 2919 9th St Ste 101, Berkeley 94710 at the following times: - Tuesday – October 6, 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday – October 10, 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Monday – October 12, 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Paper applications will also be available online to print. Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by October 15, 2025. Applications received after the deadline will not be accepted. Please call the number above for assistance. Paper applications are NOT available at the property site. Please visit the off-site location above to pick up a paper application. A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. The top 200 applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
