The waiting list for 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units at Flicker Bird Homes is now open. Applications will be available to submit online. A valid email address is required to apply online. The deadline to submit online applications is 5:00 PM on October 8, 2025.

Paper applications are NOT available at the property site. The property is currently under construction. Do not attempt to enter the construction site.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
