The waiting list for 3-bedroom units at Manzanita Family Apartments opens on August 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM. A valid email address is required to apply online. Paper applications are available for pick up and drop off at 2951 Soscol Avenue, Napa, CA 94558 at the following times:
- Starting August 18
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Paper applications must be received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on September 1, 2026.
