Eligibility

Head of household must be at least 18 years or older, or legally emancipated at the time of application.

The waiting list for studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom units at Arya opened on February 11, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Applications will be available to submit online. Please visit www.sahahomes.org/apply for more information. A valid email address is required to apply online. Online applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026.

Paper applications are available for pick up and drop off at 500 Almaden Blvd, San Jose, CA 95110 at the following times:

Tuesdays - February 24th, March 3rd; 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Wednesdays - February 18th, 25th, March 4; 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Thursdays - February 19th, 26th; 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Paper applications must be received at 500 Almaden Boulevard, San Jose, CA 95110 by 5:00 PM on March 4, 2026. Please call the number above for assistance.

A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applications will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
