The waiting list for 1-bedroom units at Fremont Oak Gardens opens on October 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM. Applications must be mailed to or dropped off at the address listed on the application. *Applications must be submitted by 5:00 PM on November 12, 2025. Paper applications will be available for pick up at 2681 Driscoll Road, Fremont, CA 94539 during the following times:
- Mondays – November 3 and November 10
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Wednesdays – November 5 and November 12
- 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Fridays – October 31 and November 7
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Paper applications will be available online to print. *Paper applications must be postmarked by November 12, 2025 and received at the address listed on the application by 5:00 PM on November 19, 2025 in order to be eligible. Please call the number above for assistance.
A lottery will be conducted for all applications received by the deadline. All applicants will be placed on the waiting list for consideration. If additional applications are needed, we reserve the right to process the next applications in lottery order.
